Irish Coffee

Put the 4 egg yolks and 60 grams of sugar in a small pan. Top squirt in sachet of vanilla sugar. Put on a small fire, and RUB the yolks to form a stable foam. Pour in 400 milliliters of coffee and stir further until the mixture slightly thickens. Note: for making coffee grog use only fresh eggs.
